Emin I. Ozkaya’s progressive career encompasses 20+ years of experience, holding critical quantitative and analytical roles for various worldwide organizations. Skilled at developing investment related financial models and plans. Adept at constructing financial forecasts and experienced in data mining, and utilizing Python and R statistical software programs. Attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses.  

 Ipek Ozkaya is a Senior Software Engineer. Her primary work includes developing techniques for improving software development efficiency and system evolution with an emphasis on software architecture practices, software economics, and agile development. Her most recent work focuses on building the theoretical and empirical foundations of managing technical debt in large-scale, complex software intensive systems.  In addition, as part of her responsibilities she works with government and industry organizations to improve their software architecture practices. She holds doctorate and masters degrees in Computational Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
